- HBS Valves, active since 1967, builds hydraulic and electromechanical valves, swivel joints and slip rings for applications ranging from earthmoving to agriculture.
- Winner Hydraulics, established in 1993, designs screw-in cartridge valves, manifolds and mini power packs, and sells to more than 60 countries.
- VIS Hydraulics, founded in 2009 near Modena, develops check, flow control and relief valves for equipment such as diggers, cranes and scrapers, and grew its own turning capacity through the 2013 acquisition of MECOF.
- TGB Hydraulics, with more than 30 years in motion control, supplies slewing rings, slewing drives and spur gear drives for cranes, wind turbines and industrial machinery.
