AHydraulics works with OEMs and machine builders across mobile, industrial and stationary hydraulics: construction and agricultural equipment, material handling, marine and process industry, among others. Every project starts the same way: not at the part number, but at the application. What pressure and flow does the system run at, in what environment, at what duty cycle, and how does the component need to hold up once it's in series production?
That starting point decides the rest. In some cases an existing, proven component is the right fit as-is. In others, we adapt a component to your specification, or work with our network to source and qualify an alternative. Either way, you keep one contact who understands the application and stays involved until the system runs.
Suppliers and product groups we work with
We work with a global network of established hydraulics suppliers. That network means we're not tied to one brand or one catalog: we can match the supplier to your specification, your volumes and your production process, and switch to an alternative where your application or your supply chain calls for it.
Within that network, our product groups cover the components that make up a hydraulic system: cylinders, valves, pumps, power units, hoses and fittings. Each has a specific role: generating pressure, controlling flow, or transmitting power. We select each one with that role in mind, not on its own. We specify a cylinder together with the valve block and power unit around it, so the system works as a whole once it's installed.
Selected, adapted, tested
A standard component is a starting point, not automatically the answer. Where the application asks for it, we work out an adaptation, test it against your specification and application conditions, and stay involved until it works in production, not just on a datasheet. That combination of a broad supplier network, application knowledge and in-house testing keeps a component reliable in series production.
Not sure which product group applies, or working on something that doesn't fit a standard component? Tell us about the application and one of our engineers will think it through with you.
